How OWL monitors oceans for NATO

As part of the NATO DIANA Accelerator, OWL developed and deployed an underwater acoustic sensor networking system to monitor ocean health.

Leveraging highly specialized DuckLink devices, OWL created a submersible mesh sensor network capable of relaying data from seabed sensors across long distances without cables or infrastructure. This project demonstrated the ability to enable real-time monitoring of water conditions, biodiversity, and maritime activity in remote marine zones. The system was built for durability, low power, and easy deployment.
